At Ocean View House we have just four luxury bed & breakfast rooms for your enjoyment.

The two front facing rooms, 1 & 2, have balconies with panoramic sea views. The balcony has a removeable partition so if the two rooms are rented to the same party the divide could be taken away, giving a large space for alfresco dining and sunbathing.

Each balcony is equipped with dining tables and chairs, and in summer, an umbrella and sun loungers. There is no smoking in the rooms but smoking is permitted on the balcony for which outdoor ashtrays are provided.

The third room, room 3, has a side aspect and there are still lovely sea views when seated at the dining area in the large bay window. This room also has the largest of the bathrooms and if you have the window open on a warm day you can see the sea whilst taking a bath!

The fourth room, room 4, faces the road but is furnished to the same high standards as the others.There is also an area of garden furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers where breakfast may be served if requested. This is for the sole use of guests staying in rooms 3 & 4.

Our ethos at Ocean View House is privacy & relaxation so the rooms are equipped with everything you need, flat screen TV/DVD, hairdryers, an Island directory containing all the info to see the Island at it's best (on & off the beaten track), wine glasses & cork screw, plates & cutlery for takeaway meals, wireless broadband and tea and coffee making facilities. Towels and toiletries are also provided.

The rooms have their own seperate entrance to the private living accomodation so all four rooms can be rented together and can become one unit. This is ideal for 4 couples as they would each have their own bathroom, or a family. There is a discount if all rooms are booked together. Please note that we only take children when all 4 rooms are rented together. This is to preserve the quiet for other guests.

In the hallway there are books and games that can be borrowed at your leisure.

There is no dining room and breakfast is served in your room at no extra charge. There is a lovely dining area in each room to facilitate this, three with sea views. You may also take breakfast on the balcony or terrace in fine weather.

Take away food may be eaten in the room and cutlery is provided for this. The directory has a list of home deliveries and take away establishments.
